In May–June 2025, Aratrika Chakraborty participated in the Leadership Training Programme organized by the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology (BIST).
The program focused on developing essential leadership and communication skills for researchers, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the impact of scientific work within and beyond academia. This training experience provided Aratrika with valuable tools to strengthen her professional development and leadership capabilities in research environments.
