The 29th IUPAC Symposium on Photochemistry (PhotoIUPAC) was held in Valencia, Spain, from July 14th to 19th, 2024. This symposium provided a unique environment to explore the most recent achievements, and prospects in photophysics and photochemistry. Among the attendees, Dr. Luís Duarte presented the update of his work through the poster entitled: “De novo proteins as scaffolds for bioinspired light-converting complexes.”
